Order Processing
- We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at Support@fancysmood.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Delivery Methods
Depending on the size of the items in your order, we utilize the following shipping and delivery methods:
Many lightweight items can be shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.
Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items as a shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture items.
Taxes and duties
All packages are shipped from Fancy’s Mood. For our USA customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in Fancy’s Mood.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
